Volunteer Opportunities

Youth Coaching Assistants

Teen players (ages 14+) assist licensed coaches during training and clinics under adult supervision.

Community Event Support

Help organize tournaments, outreach clinics, and fundraising events.

Administrative & Field Support

Assist with registration, equipment organization, and field preparation.

NoteVolunteers contribute directly to JDF’s charitable mission. Students may earn verified volunteer service hours.

Youth Job Pathways

For older youth who meet state and federal age requirements, JDF Soccer and its CORE Program Partners offer limited entry-level paid opportunities.

Referee Development Clinics

Training programs preparing young officials for youth league matches.

Seasonal Coaching Assistants

Youth (typically 16+) with SafeSport and first aid training may apply for seasonal assistant roles.

All paid roles comply with U.S. Department of Labor youth employment laws and Texas Child Labor Regulations.
